Ghostly Studios is seeking a motivated, intelligent, and highly capable individual to fill an open role as Game Designer. The Game Designer plays a pivotal role on the team as the designer of many integral systems and subsystems. The right candidate should be a great communicator and be able to maintain constant contact with team leads. Design experience is a huge plus, but an intimate knowledge and capability in the area of game design is an absolute must. The chosen candidate will be responsible for designing new systems and creating supporting documentation, revising existing systems, and maintaining overall game design documentation and the implementation of design theories throughout the course of development.
