The Game Master Lead will responsible for all day to day supervision of Game Master for a game title. Day to Day supervision includes personnel management, review of service metrics, and interaction with other service departments. The GM lead is also responsible for review of customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue through game events.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communicating with Game Producer to evaluate in-game community satisfaction, revenue stream, and revenue-building opportunities.
- Supervision of Game Masters through monitoring, coaching, and mentoring. Providing performance evaluations based on results.
- Planning and organizing in-game events and scheduling of Game Masters.
- Coordinating Game Masters to preserve the integrity of the game through appropriate tool use, communication with the community, and action taken on reports of bugs and policy violations.
- Maintaining the health, safety, and general well-being of Game Masters while in the workplace.
Skills/Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Include:
- At least 3 years experience in high volume Game Master.
- Dedication to providing excellent Game Master
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environments
- An understanding and ability to run with ambiguous direction
- Proven above average customer relations skills
- A working knowledge of online games and issues regarding online games.
- Excellent Communication skills both written and Verbal
- Basic computer knowledge, Word, Excel, Outlook, Web Browsers.
- Proven personal time management skills.
- Proven leadership characteristics, including the ability to achieve results through others
- Ability to communicate complex issues and ideas to foreign assets
- Ability to visualize and understand customer issues
- Well developed analytical and problem solving skills along
